The Passing of Dr. Thomas R. Rodgers The Trinity family wishes to honor the life of Dr. Thomas R. Rodgers. On the seventh of May, 2026, our former president, and outstanding leader, was greeted by his King in Glory. Dr. Rodgers had a reputation as a very godly man. He wanted to create opportunities for God’s people to access the deep truths learned through theological higher education. As a pioneer in distance learning, and an innovator in online education, Dr. Rodgers dreamed up ways for people far from the classroom to get training. If you are in any way blessed by Trinity, you are largely benefitting from what God did through his servant, Tom Rodgers. He is survived by his wife Gayl, his son Steve, and his daughter Stacy. Please join us in prayer for the peace and comfort of his loved ones, and in grateful appreciation of how God impacted the world through Trinity’s second president, Dr. Thomas R. Rodgers.
